1. Complete the registration request for the KGHM Group Supplier Database. Once approved by the Administrator, you will receive an email with the subject line Register as a Supplier of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. Capital Group, containing a link to register in the Ariba Network — SAP Ariba’s global supplier database. Access to the Ariba Network is required to complete the registration process. Registration in the Ariba Network is free of charge for contractors.
2. Click the link in the above email, then create an account or log in to the Ariba Network (if you already have an account).
3. After registering or logging in to the Ariba Network, the KGHM Group supplier registration form will be displayed automatically. Please fill it in carefully and submit it for approval.
4. Once the above steps are completed, send an email to the person managing the procedure requesting to be added to it. The message should include the following information. Subject: Procedure no. …

• Your supplier number in the Ariba Network (example: AN11111111111),
• The name of the procedure you wish to participate in,
• The electronic event number for the procedure (provided in the announcement details).
