Brass Purchase

Brass is an alloy of copper and zinc, containing 10–45% zinc. It may also include additions of other metals such as lead, aluminum, tin, manganese, iron, chromium, and silicon. Brass has an orange-yellow color, which approaches the natural color of copper at lower zinc content. The alloy is corrosion-resistant, ductile, and easy to work plastically. Brass is used to manufacture fittings, hardware resistant to seawater (such as ship propellers), as well as ammunition, building hardware — most notably door handles. It is also used for machine components in the mechanical, automotive, electrotechnical, shipbuilding, precision, and chemical industries. An important application of brass is the production of musical instruments.

We collect both post-production brass and brass from scrap dealers, contractors, dismantling stations, and many other sources. We have our own transport vehicles, containers, and all necessary permits. We purchase brass at our branches.
